    While we can't provide an exact number of hours for effective healing using our EE system, we often recommend starting with a foundational set of 20 hours.

    Remarkably, clients have found significant benefit even when these hours are utilised within a shorter time frame.

    Our experience has shown that entering the delta and theta states of mind, crucial for restorative healing, typically requires a minimum of 4 hours within the EE system. This duration allows the body the necessary time to rest, enabling the induction of optimal healing responses.

    For those seeking an even more profound impact or desiring regular alignment and balance, longer EE sessions or frequent EE sessions can prove highly effective, provided you're able to invest the time. Many of our patrons opt for regularly scheduled sessions to maintain alignment and well-being.

    Remember, the healing journey is deeply personal (read our reviews to discover results of EE healing). Our aim is to provide a space and resources for you to embark on this journey at your pace and in a manner that best suits your needs.

  • During day sessions, join a small group of up to 8 individuals, guided by a qualified Team ZEN member.

    Rest assured, our Zen team comprises of qualified practitioners and caregivers, with some members trained in first aid.

    Your session may have others quietly entering and exiting.

    For added tranquility, upon request, we provide earplugs and eye masks to encourage inward reflection.

    If you prefer a quieter session, especially for individual or paired attendance, we offer times with fewer participants—typically, only two or three others alongside you.

    For an exclusive experience, consider booking a private group session with acquaintances.

  • Our overnight sessions are exclusive to you/your group.

    We do not mix strangers and you can enjoy 12 hours rest in your natural sleep cycle in the comfort of your own company/those that you know - within a peaceful setting located within a private, gated and secure, rural located Wellness Centre.

    We accept bookings of 1 to 4 people for our overnight EE System sessions.

  • After you place your order Zenrji will contact you to agree the exact time/date of your EE Session.

    Sessions for 1 to 2 people can usually be allocated within the same week of booking.

    Sessions for 3 or more people can usually be allocated within 2 weeks of booking.

    Overnight sessions can be allocated within 2 weeks of booking.

    Simply select the quantity at checkout i.e: Quantity “2” is equivalent to 2 people booked in.

  • You are welcome to make your experience as cosy and comfortable as you like and are welcome to bring a blanket, a cushion for your back, pillow for your head, comfy socks - a book to read should you have trouble relaxing.

    Although, we recommend you close your eyes, bask in the energies and allow your body to relax so it can enter a deep meditative state, which is ideal for you to achieve optimum healing.

    Our dim lights and soft ambient music will set the tone for you to fully surrender and let go. If you require complete darkness and silence, please bring your own eye mask and ear plugs.

  • We recommend you get started, and see how you feel after your first session.

    Every BODY is different.

    EE Sessions greater in duration than 2 hours allows the body to enter into the deeper relaxation states, which is better for enabling your body to heal itself. With our current knowledge and understanding, we feel 4 hour EE sessions are a good place to begin.

    You can always book in more sessions with us on the day you attend your first session.

    We offer 2 hours in the instance where people may be booking for children, or when people wish to pay-as-you-go as they need flexibility.

    Ask yourself: How healthy do you want to be? If the answer is to feel the best you can feel, and be the healthiest you can be … then frequent sessions is what you’ll need!

    If so, we recommend the longer duration bundles as you can make a bigger saving verses booking the smaller hour sessions one at a time.

  • Sessions for babies and kids aged 12 or below are free - and we welcome them to attend on Sunday mornings.

    We also have special offers available for teens who need not attend with the kids session.

    A parent would need to attend with their child/children and pay for the session in full. You can book a 2 hour EE Session each time, or split hours from a 10-hour bundle.

    Should you be unable to attend the 'Kids Happy Hours', you are still welcome to book any of our other offerings. These sessions will still be free for your child to attend but please understand that there will be others in the healing studio with you, wishing to relax and require some peaceful time-out, so children will be required to sit still and silently.

    They can bring a book to read or a colouring book. Gadgets are not allowed. We therefore recommend a shorter session of 1-2 hours for very young children.

    If your child would struggle to sit still or quietly, we recommend you attend our weekly 'Kids Happy Hours'.

  • Our Wellness Studio is situated on the ground floor. We advise those who do have a wheelchair to have somebody to support you.

    We are also on hand for extra assistance, should you need it.

    Please let us know when you book if you are using a wheelchair, so we can ensure to meet your needs.

    We recommend you turn all devices off inside the Wellness Centre so that you can enter into deep, undisturbed R&R and enjoy some ‘me-time’.

  • You can never be too healthy or too happy - so you can never have too many hours in the EE System.
