In-Person Live Event Policies

In the instances where Zenrji Limited events are held in-person - they may only be intended for an adult audience. If this is the case - all audience members must be 18 years or older. We suggest this because of the deep emotional work or subjects that may be covered which are not intended for a younger audience. At all other times - where teens are invited - they are welcome to attend, provided they are accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

Zenrji Limited offers a full refund for all cancellations received at least 30 days before the in-person event takes place - so that tickets can be allocated to others.

Online Digital Live Event Policies

In the instances where Zenrji Limited events are held online - they may only be intended for an adult audience. If this is the case - all audience members must be 18 years or older. Refunds & Cancellations

Paid Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital data, we cannot refund digital goods purchases. This includes all Zenrji Limited paid services offered online, to include: workshops, masterclasses, courses, trainings and membership programs.
